Returns Policy
If something is not right, we will put it right. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it.
What can be returned
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and undamaged, in their original packaging
- Complete, including any accessories or parts that came with them
Return shipping
Returns are free. We will send you a prepaid return label once your return is approved.
How to start a return
- Message us on the contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will reply with a return label and the address to send it to.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and send it back.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of the item reaching us; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or does not work, send us a photo through the contact page within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to pay anything to return it.
Cancellations
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can cancel it and refund you in full. Contact us as soon as you can.
